Delve into DIY healing through spending a couple hours learning about the seven energy centres that run through your body, and how to balance them to restore your mental, emotional and at times physical health! We’ll go through crystal energy, essential oils, foods, and techniques to ground and protect your energy. Followed by a relaxing yin yoga session. Please bring a small share plate :) 9-12 pm at Sivananda Ashram in Beaconsfield
